Our first mail order orchids!

And they arrived happy and healthy, safe and sound! The plants are two brassidium shooting star x darkstar and they are bloom size. We ordered them on eBay.ca from Boer Green Exotic Plants. Two thumbs up for speed, service, and quality of plants.

Zygoneria blooming

Our Zygoneria opened its first bloom of this year a few weeks ago. This picture was taken the morning of March 28 and by that evening, the flower was in full bloom. There are now four flowers on this plant and they have a strong, lilyesque scent. More pictures available here
