What a big plant! Two of those would fill all the space in my greenhouse.... did the flower smell?

The flowers were so far above my head that I couldn't smell the actual spikes. The only flower I could reach to smell was one single flower near the base of the plant, the one bloom I managed to get a close up shot of. As far as I can recall, if there was a scent it was very very faint.
